ISO 9001 Certification

Quality-managementFranki achieved an ISO 9001 certification in 1996, the first geotechnical engineering contractor to be awarded this certification in the South African construction industry.
To ensure that the Franki slogan ‘Quality is our Foundation’ is more than a mere statement, a rigorous quality assurance programme has been developed by the Company for use in the design and installation of its products, as well as the services that it offers. This programme is also flexible and can accommodate any quality assurance requirements that a client might require on a project.
The ISO 9001 annual certification is confirmed through annual external audits.
The programme governs all the Company’s activities by means of standardised procedures in accordance with three levels of control.
Because most of our work is carried out below ground level, Franki considers the use of its Quality Assurance programme essential if it is to ensure the quality of its products and services. By its use, the company is able to guarantee its products with confidence.
