Process

Shotcrete is sprayed onto a surface, often a soil nail wall, and then sculptured, textured or stained to blend in with the environment.

Quality assurance

The quality and strength of the shotcreteing process is verified by shooting test panels and performing tests on sample cores or strips of the test panel. Cores of in place shotcrete can also be inspected and tested.
